Your Role & Support: In your role, you will be conducting initial assessments with a mixed ages NDIS caseload, creating tailored therapy plans, writing progress notes and NDIS reports to track your clients progress. In addition to your clinical responsibilities, you will engage in weekly supervision sessions with a Senior Occupational Therapist to receive support with your caseload and ask any clinical questions you may have. Additionally, you will be participating in weekly discipline specific or multidisciplinary training sessions that will further grow your practice, and will be provided a $1000 professional development allowance to undertake external courses that will further support your development as an Occupational Therapist.
